National Accounts Manager - Norcross, GA

The National Accounts Manager will work with the Director Strategic Distribution on business development initiates, translating into the creation of lasting customer relationships. The 24-month long term goal is to develop the Hyundai CE National Accounts group siloed subject matter experts within the CE Industry.

Primary Duties:

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to secure current and future business opportunities.
  • You will work closely with our customers and perspective customers to understand their workflows, organizational structures, and overall business requirements.
  • Research and identify new customers and markets for Hyundai CE products and services.
  • Act as a link between Hyundai and customers to ensure all end user needs are being met and have total satisfied with Hyundai’s CE products and services.
  • As their main point of contact, our customers will rely on you to facilitate relationships between them and the supporting dealer(s) network.
  • Become the product subject matter expert on Hyundai CE. Monitoring and observing market trends to offer the best single point of contact to the fleet owners within the industries.
  • You will also work closely with multiple cross-functional teams by providing invaluable insight into customers’ needs and challenges to enhance product offering, features and benefits.

Location:

Your office will be based in our headquarters in Norcross, GA. Territory travel: typically, 25% up to 50%

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through regular cold calls, business emails, site visits, and other contact correspondence methods.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective customers, demonstrating all Hyundai’s benefits, products, and services.
  • Create successful partnership plans for your customers and document customer progress toward established goals and results. To ensure both parties are satisfied and agreeable to the terms of the partnership agreement.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Communicating major milestones and updates to Director of Strategic Distribution and the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Service.
  • Meet and exceed sales target goals and monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs projections.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback of new ways to continuously improve our customer’s experience with Hyundai CE regarding, both in our product and processes.
  • Continue to develop and enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self- education.
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • We are looking for someone that can work independently, client focus, is creative, and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years managing sales and customer service accounts.
  • Organized, efficient, self-motivated and results driven.
  • Problem solving and effective time management skills are essential in this position.
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment preferred but will provide training for the right candidate.
  • Ability to travel to assigned territory.
  • Excellent oral, communication, and written skills are required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced motivational and negotiation skills

Bilingual Accounting AP Representative (Korean/English) - Norcross, GA

Position reportst to the FP & A Manager.

Primary Duties:  

Collect account payables from all departments to make payment in the proper period. Analyze the account payables to secure the limit of cash position. Report the sales tax to the Federal and States quarterly. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Review corporate cards to make monthly payment and report the statement to the management. 
  • Report sales information of US and Canada to the accounting firm for reporting the sales income tax. 
  • Review costs and expenses to ensure the booking keeping is compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting guideline. 
  • Accounting Payable Payment Process – Check, Wire, ACH, etc.
  • Participate in external audits, providing supporting documentation, process flows and analysis.
  • Reporting Tax to the Tax Jurisdiction: Income Tax, Sales Tax in US, G/HST Tax in Canada.
  • Reporting Estimated Tax Payment to the Tax Jurisdiction.
  • Create the vendor accounts which were requested by all departments after it reviewed with the W-9. 
  • Responsible for cash management and treasury activity.
  • Train/assist co-workers in software and information systems to support accounting functions.

Other duties:  

Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the manager from time to time.

Work environment and other requirements:

The work environment is a non-smoking office environment.  No heavy lifting required.  Mostly sitting with computer and phone usage.  Accommodations can be made for handicapped employee.  Travel only on an “as needed” basis.
