Customer Service Representative, Parts Dept - Norcross, GA

Primary Duties:
The Position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) parts is responsible for confirming and responding to parts – related inquiries and requests received from HD HCE-NA dealers (main customers of the corporation)

Dealer Communication

  • The CSR is the main communication link between customers and HCEA mainly through the media of email and telephone conversations.
  • The CSR should reply related to all dealers’ inquiries getting from Email & Parts Questions etc. to dealer after checking in detail.
  • Customer Training – Being thoroughly aware of and competent in the use of all systems and tools.
  • This position is the focal point for training our customers in the best methods of conducting business with us.
  • Problem Solving – Being trained and competent in our products and systems while building a personal network of resources. The individual CSR and the team will respond effectively and assist our customers with virtually any problem they encounter.
  • Transaction Completion – Certain transactions (e.g., authorization to return goods, order entry in special circumstances) must be completed by the CSR because of system requirements. Additionally, provide customers with data they are not able to access.
  • CSR will also carry responsibility for invoicing, credits, and debits for his/her customers as well as working with accounting in managing their customers’ accounts and will also help with all normal office functions of filing, reporting to management, etc.

Parts Claims & RGA

  • Checks and evaluates the details of the Parts Claim received from the dealer.
  • If necessary, the CSR forward approved Parts Claim information to the person in charge so that can file a claim with the carrier or HQ.
  • For RGA returned from the dealer, the amount to be compensated to the dealer is determined based on the results of the warehouse review.

Dealer Order management

  • Order Release  – Check the dealer’s order status and release order for parts in stock on the schedule agreed with the warehouse.
  • If necessary, support cancellation of orders requested by dealers in consultation with Parts Inside & Warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Requires understanding of company policies and procedures and All work must be conducted in accordance with company standards and policies.
  • Efforts are required to continuously develop one’s work skills.
  • Select the right parts and proceed and manage the order quantity and price accurately without errors.
  • Must continuously produce relevant manuals for the tasks in charge of.
  • Any problems found should be reported immediately.
  • Actively cooperate with requests for assistance from another subsidiary and HQ.
  • Requires a strong working understanding of systems and resources used in departmental operations and the ability to see through daily work situations and determine what resources are necessary to resolve them in an efficient and appropriate manner.
  • Works in close unison with and full cooperation with the Departmental Manager in all circumstances and provides a unified leadership with the Departmental Manager for the department.

In addition to the basic work, additional work should be actively supported.

District Sales Manager, Northeast - Norcross, GA

Primary Duties:

The District Sales Manager (DM) is the primary contact for dealer management. The DM works with dealers on all aspects of the business to achieve annual sales targets, coverage, and market penetration of Hyundai Construction Equipment within the assigned district.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with dealer management and HCEA Senior VP Sales & Service to plan, coordinate and allocate inventories to achieve optimum sales in their assigned territory.
  • Works with Inside Sales Coordinator and dealer to coordinate sales of machines into the dealer’s assigned territory to meet/exceed annual sales budget.
  • Work with dealer sales personnel making customer calls to initiate new sales in assigned territory.
  • Develops and maintains dealer business planning to achieve sales goals set by HCEA management.
  • Meets with dealers to provide updated market information and makes recommendations of models to fill market demands.
  • Provides detailed market information to HCEA management to assist in the development of sales, marketing, and new product development plans.
  • Provide monthly new order projections/forecast to sales support team to meet 12-18 months factory lead times.
  • Work with Dealer Network to develop annual dealer sales and marketing requirements, monitor monthly progress and report information to HCEA management.
  • Assist in and work with tradeshow personnel in participation of regional and national tradeshows.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve dealer relationships by partnering with dealer senior leadership.
  • Facilitate better communication between corporate headquarters and the field.
  • Educate/dealer sales personnel on machine operation and applications.
  • Gathering and sharing of competitive market information.
  • Identify, recruit, and sign on new dealer and rental opportunities. Work in conjunction with HCEA Dealer
  • Development to fill gaps in representation and develop new markets.
  • Call on retail customers in conjunction with dealer personnel to build customer loyalty.
  • Team with A/S to achieve corporate goals and improve dealer support.
  • Operate within assigned budget guidelines.
  • Conduct business in a fair, professional manner to support HCEA dealers and protect company assets.

CE Product Sales Trainer - Norcross, GA

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Hyundai product sales trainer on Hyundai Construction Equipment (CE) product features, functions, benefits.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of Hyundai CE products and conduct product sales training to dealer personnel and Hyundai sales staff with sales-related technical product information.
  • Create and maintain training schedule regionally, HQ in Norcross and Product Center in Carnesville, GA.
  • Facilitate training via webinar or any other platform.
  • Assist Product Manager and Marketing Manager with sales training material creation and updates.
  • This position will be expected to travel to dealers around North America (US and Canada) to provide product sales training, visit dealers and customers and assist with trade shows.
  • Travel will vary based on necessity but over 50% travel should be expected at times.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer visit to Product Center in Carnesville, GA and assist with product demonstration and operation.
  • Assist Product Sales Trainer with updates to product sales training and marketing support materials for all current Hyundai CE products.
  • Collect Voice of the Customer during the training and analysis and deliver to Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager.
  • Evaluate trained personnel’s understanding of product before and after training and how they have been improved thru the training.
  • Travel as needed to Korea to attend product training or meeting, when scheduled.
  • Provide expertise to dealer sales staff and HCE-NA District Sales Manager’s via phone, email or though field visits, as needed, to assist with sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Must possess critical thinking skills and have the ability to adjust and multi-task.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability work with people across departments and with counterparts in Korea to gather information.
  • Must be a good presenter and should comfortably speak in front of medium to large audiences.
  • One to three years of experience in product training, service training, technical training, product marketing/management, preferably in the construction equipment industry is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs: Must be very proficient in Power Point, Excel (including pivot table creation).
  • Some experience with graphics programs like Adobe Photoshop or InDesign are preferred but not required.
  • Must have good understanding (technical) of heavy equipment technologies.
  • Additional construction equipment experience is a plus.

Account Receivable Specialist - Norcross, GA

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for a Accounts Receivable Representative.

The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The Accounts Receivable Representative will report to the Controller.

Primary Duties:

Collecting then applying customer payments and reviewing dealer accounts. Support sales teams by providing information regarding various accounts’ status. Perform the essential duties listed below.

Responsibilities:

  • Adjust/reconcile dealer accounts and apply credit/debit memos per dealer requests.
  • Contact dealers to resolve payment issues regarding ARs, and payment
  • Contact Dealers on Past Due amounts, prior to releasing additional machines/trucks.
  • Cross reference/enter data of account receivables of checks and wires.
  • Provide collection support for past due amounts from Dealers.
  • Review and confirm payment terms, special terms, on sales orders.
  • Review monthly invoices from financial institutions for HCEA floor plan subsidy financing and prepare vouchers for payment.
  • Send invoices/statements to dealers.
  • Work with Sales Departments to resolve credit issues, in order to complete sales requests.
  • Work with the Accounting Department to resolve internal credits/debits, audit issues.

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for a Marketing Communications Rep. The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The Marketing Communications Representative will report to the Marketing Manager.

Primary Duties:

This role will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to execute and promote Hyundai’s strategic marketing communications via email marketing, social media, and website. This person will also be responsible for all literature & print management, dealer sales app, and website project management to include content updates, design collaboration with outside web developer, website CRM integration, lead generation, and other related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing team members to create e-blast content and dissemination for dealer-focused e- newsletters, app notifications, press releases and communications, plus customer-facing e- blast promotions.
  • Working with agency partners, create monthly, quarterly, and annual social media editorial calendars to promote the organization and its programs across social media channels.
  • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing campaigns for scalability and perform social media research & benchmarking quarterly.
  • Oversee corporate and dealer microsite website project management with outside web developer for all minor and major design improvements, content changes, corrections, news feed updates, customer interaction and lead generation.
  • Audit, monitor and consult directly with dealers to ensure adherence to Hyundai Corporate Brand Guideline standards to maximize Hyundai brand promotion and consistent messaging across entire distribution channel.
  • Collaborate closely with other internal departments to make sure the corporate website best represents all departmental and company policies, goals, and priorities.
  • Analyze current social marketing trends to assist marketing manager with ongoing strategic planning and budgeting with outside vendors.
  • Coordinate literature development from design creation, copywriting, spec checking, to print production stage.
  • Position will occasionally also support marketing team with additional responsibilities, including sales training events, video and photo shoots, corporate and customer events, trade shows.
  • Job may require occasional overnight travel and weekend travel as needed for marketing events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in marketing communications or digital marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience with corporate social media management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in maintaining and developing websites and working with a web content management system (ideally WordPress).
  • Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills and problem-solving experience.
  • Able to multi-task and handle high-stress crisis communications situations.
  • Must have experience with Constant Contact email marketing software, WordPress, or similar CMS platform, updating and management.
  • Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite products – primarily Acrobat DC, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, is a plus.
  • Photography and videography skills are a plus.
  • Strong passion, ability to work on a team, and a positive attitude is a must.
