District Sales Manager- Mid Atlantic U.S. - Mid Atlantic U.S. (Remote)

Primary Duties:
The District Sales Manager is the primary contact for dealer management. The DM works with dealers on all aspects of the business to achieve annual sales targets, coverage, and market penetration of Hyundai Construction Equipment within the assigned district.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with dealer management and HD HCE-NA Director of Sales to plan, coordinate and allocate inventories to achieve optimum sales in their assigned territory.
  • Works with Inside Sales Coordinator and dealer to coordinate sales of machines into the dealer’s assigned
    territory to meet/exceed annual sales budget. Addresses floor plan shortages with dealers.
  • Work with dealer sales personnel making customer calls to initiate new sales in assigned territory when requested.
  • Develops and maintains dealer business planning to achieve sales goals set by HD HCE-NA management.
  • Meets with dealers to provide updated market information, acceptable floor plan limits, and makes
    recommendations of models to fill market demands.
  • Provides detailed market information to HD HCE-NA management to assist in the development of sales, marketing, and new product development plans.
    Provide monthly new order projections/forecast to sales support team to meet 12-18 months factory lead times.
  • Work with Dealer Network to develop annual dealer sales and marketing requirements, monitor monthly progress and report information to HD HCE-NA management.
  • Assist in and work with tradeshow personnel in participation of regional and national tradeshows.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve dealer relationships by partnering with dealer principals and senior leadership.
  • Facilitate better communication between corporate headquarters and the field.
  • Educate dealer sales personnel on machine operation and applications.
  • Gathering of and sharing of competitive market information.
  • Identify, recruit, and sign new dealer and rental opportunities. Work in conjunction with HD HCE-NA
  • Dealer Development to fill gaps in representation and develop new markets.
  • Team with A/S to achieve corporate goals and improve dealer support.
  • Operate within assigned budget guidelines.
  • Conduct business in a fair, professional manner to support HD HCE-NA dealers and protect company assets.
  • The District Sales Manager will provide weekly reports on products, competition and sales activity on a
    timely basis.

Other duties:

Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the Director of Sales, US.

Work environment and other requirements:

The work environment is a non-smoking office environment. No heavy lifting required. Accommodations can be made for handicapped employee.

Accounting AP Representative - Norcross, GA

Position reportst to the FP & A Manager.

Primary Duties:  

Collect account payables from all departments to make payment in the proper period. Analyze the account payables to secure the limit of cash position. Report the sales tax to the Federal and States quarterly. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Review corporate cards to make monthly payment and report the statement to the management. 
  • Report sales information of US and Canada to the accounting firm for reporting the sales income tax. 
  • Review costs and expenses to ensure the booking keeping is compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting guideline. 
  • Accounting Payable Payment Process – Check, Wire, ACH, etc.
  • Participate in external audits, providing supporting documentation, process flows and analysis.
  • Reporting Tax to the Tax Jurisdiction: Income Tax, Sales Tax in US, G/HST Tax in Canada.
  • Reporting Estimated Tax Payment to the Tax Jurisdiction.
  • Create the vendor accounts which were requested by all departments after it reviewed with the W-9. 
  • Responsible for cash management and treasury activity.
  • Train/assist co-workers in software and information systems to support accounting functions.
