Recently Hyundai had the opportunity to interview valued customer John Santoro, owner of Iron Horse Contractors, a turnkey site contractor, working on the second phase of Rutledge Landing subdivision in Knightdale, NC for Mungo Homes. John bought his first Hyundai loader from our valued NC/SC dealer MAY/RHI five years ago, and has since purchased 3 more Hyundais – a HL940 loader, a HR110C-9 compaction roller, and a new HX330L excavator.

Iron Horse Contractors’ equipment operators work eight to ten hours a day, every day, five to six days a week. They just bought the HX330L and were using it to install utilities while the Hyundai loaders were hauling pipe to the utility crew.
“It’s very easy to set the controls in the HX330L to get to where you want. You don’t have to fish around to try to figure out things. It’s set up very well… I enjoy running it. Hyundai loaders give us productivity, efficiency, low cost maintenance, and low downtime. When you’re not moving you’re not making money. That’s what the ‘Hyundai Edge’ means to me, ” John stated.
