Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas had the opportunity to speak with Taylor Raisanen, co-owner of Raisanen Landscaping, a family-owned commercial snow removal company that started as a residential snow contractor. They use over 30 pieces of equipment in their fleet, including several Hyundai loaders with Nokian snow tires, Metal Pless plows, and TeamCo Snow Blast snow blowers.
Taylor explains that the Hyundai loaders allow them to cover a lot of ground in a small amount of time, and they particularly love the adjustable features of the A-series cab, including the air ride seat, joystick controls, armrest, and backup camera.
Taylor says, “The backup camera is a phenomenal feature and it’s a heads-up display because you can easily spot hazards.”
One of the main reasons they chose Hyundai loaders was due to the help of their local Hyundai dealer, Chappell Tractor, a family-owned business that they have purchased multiple pieces of equipment from throughout the years. Taylor speaks highly of the customer service they provide and looks forward to nourishing their relationship with Chappell Tractor as their business continues to grow.
Taylor concludes by stating, “We started as a residential snow contractor, and now we serve many commercial businesses in the southern New Hampshire area.”
